Digital Payments
For your convenience, digital payment options are being provided to OPPOA members. For this reason, using PayPal will incur a $2.50 processing fee for each property.
Traditional payments using mailed checks will remain an available option and are $50 per property. Mail payments to the address below.
Please remember that payments made/postmarked on March 1st or after will be assessed late fees of $20 per month.
There is a $2.50 processing fee to pay with PayPal, please add this to your payment.
Ex: PayPal payment for one property for one year is $52.50, which includes a processing fee.
Ensure you identify the property(ies) you are paying dues for in shipping address, the special instructions, or note section during checkout. Failure to do so may significantly delay updating your record.
