Water Rights Agreement Olde Point developers provided Olde Point lot owners with a perpetual easement to use the lot as a boat ramp, recreation area, and boat trailer parking lot when they sold the property to the Harbor Village Yacht Club in 1999. Road Maintenance Agreement
