Annual DuesThe dues are $90 per year per lot.
Seller(s) Information - Whether or not Section 6 Membership Dues are current must be determined prior to closing on property. Please contact Scott Kehoe for dues status. At the time of sale, please contact Scott Kehoe to provide the names and addresses of both the buyers and the sellers. In the case of non-residents purchasing property, the telephone numbers of the non-residents are also needed. Section 6 also requests that buyers acknowledge that they have received a copy of the Restrictive Covenants, which are available HERE.
