Building a home or adding an addition to a house, garage, shed, fence or any outside structure must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before on-site work begins. Any changes made to the color or material of the exterior or roof of a home, including addition of solar panels, must be approved by the ACC before on-site work begins.

The Section 7 ACC is a committee staffed by community volunteers. Submitted applications may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive a reply.
